Wixon grows its customer care team

Wixon Inc., a St. Francis, Wis.-based manufacturer of seasonings, flavors, ingredients and consumer products for the food and beverage industry, said it promoted Cheryl Behrens to 360 consumer customer care representative.

“Cheryl has made significant contributions to Wixon’s customer care team for the past 16 years, and we are pleased to promote her to this new role in which she will provide the framework for integrating, enhancing, managing and analyzing customer information and business activities [ranging] from commercialization to order placement, order performance and customer satisfaction,” said Ruth Ann Spinelli, customer care manager, Wixon.

Additionally, Wixon said it hired Stefanie Hegwood to be its customer care representative. Hegwood has more than 30 years of customer service experience, most recently as a customer service member relations representative at Harley-Davidson.

“We are pleased to have someone with Stefanie’s experience join our team,” Spinelli added.
