Kemin, a Des Moines, Iowa-based supplier of customized shelf-life extension solutions for the meat and food industries, said it hired two new people for its protein and grains group in the Food Technologies division. The company hired Amanda King as technical services manager and Kyle Andernacht as product manager – proteins.

“We are very pleased to add Amanda and Kyle to our team," said Ann Rolow, business director for the protein and grains group of the Food Technologies division. King will provide technical support to the protein-focused sales team, Kemin said. She has a wealth of experience in the meat industry, with a focus on enabling technologies and preservation.

Andernacht will provide direction, vision, and optimization for the protein product lines, and will drive achievement of business targets for products sold by the proteins business in the Americas region.
