ECRM hires Wayne Bennett to lead retail development

Solon, Ohio-based Efficient Collaborative Retail Marketing (ECRM), a business innovation and technology company, said it hired retail business-to-business media veteran Wayne Bennett as senior vice president of retail, effective August 2, to lead business process initiatives between the retail industry and the supplier community that serves them.  

“Bennett’s business media background and expertise is perfectly aligned with ECRM’s vision to extend its services and technology platforms to better support many aspects of the buying process,” said Greg Farrar, CEO of ECRM. “His knowledge of the retail industry and experience will extend our engagement with retail buyers and suppliers year-round.”

Bennett’s career with Drug Store News has spanned 20 years, with increasing job responsibilities — including, most recently, group publisher, Drug Store News and managing director, Health Events Live.
