Costco debuts dark chocolate-covered mangoes

Issaquah, Wash.-based Costco Wholesale Corp. announced via the July issue of The Costco Connection, a magazine for its members, the introduction of a new product to warehouse shelves: Kirkland Signature Dark Chocolate Covered Mangoes. The mangoes, said to be from the Philippines, are carefully sliced into individual pieces, dried and then covered in premium responsibly sourced dark chocolate.

“Like other Kirkland Signature products, the dark-chocolate-covered mangoes are part of Costco’s sustainable chocolate program, developed for a more ethical and sustainable cocoa supply,” the retailer said.
